Timeline & Production Dates
Expected release dates (ETAs) provided by manufacturers are listed near the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. Additionally, the order due date—located in the product description—indicates when the item is scheduled to go into production. Please keep in mind that estimated arrival dates are subject to change, as Hobby Outpost, LLC. AKA HobbyOutpost.com is not responsible for manufacturer production delays.
Deposits & Payment Structure
5% Non-Refundable Deposit: A 5% deposit is required at checkout to secure your pre-order. This amount will be applied as a credit toward the total price once the item arrives. The exact deposit required will be shown after you add the item to your cart.
No Stored Payment Information: We do not save your payment details, nor do we automatically charge your card when the product arrives. We will never process a payment without you completing the checkout process yourself.
No Shipping Address Required Yet: You do not need to provide a shipping address when paying the deposit.
